I need help now
The first step is to bring your loved one into our care. All we need is a Death Certificate issued by the relevant medical authorities and your permission.
Registration follows which triggers a Certificate of Death from the registrars. Funeral arrangements can begin before registration, but are only formally announced after registration of death is complete.

Discussions around embalming, dressing and keepsakes happen early on so we can prepare your loved one for any viewing, or organise fingerprints or casts.
