MACDONALD Thomas (Tom), age 100, died peacefully at home in Ancrum on the evening of Wednesday 2nd. September.
He was much loved by his wife Olive (deceased), children Susan, Moira, Graham, and Tom (deceased), daughter-in-law Fiona, six grandchildren Alex, Keith, Laura, Andrew, William and James, and six great-grandchildren Katy, Jack, Megan, Molly, William and Nia. Tom will be greatly missed not only by his family but by the many, many people who have known him over the years.
All are warmly invited to attend the funeral service at 11.30am on Monday 28th September at Borders Crematorium. As we celebrate and give thanks for a long life well-lived, we request no black ties and colour to be worn. There will be a retiral collection in aid of The Royal Marines Association and Arthurshiels Animal Rescue.
After the service the family invite you to join them for refreshments at Ancrum Bowling Club.
